Online support: One-to-One sessions
I offer online support sessions for anyone struggling with any kind of body image problems. Sessions are online via Teams. This is not counselling, but rather is support/coaching to help your relationship with your body.
I can help you:
Sessions can be geared towards your needs. There's no obligation to have a certain number of sessions so it can be a one-off chat, or we can have regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions - whatever suits you.
The standard fee is £25 per session.
(Please contact me if this is not affordable as I may be able to give concession rates for some appointments)
Payment will be requested before the appointment in order to confirm it.

Body acceptance means changing your mind, not your body, to find a more peaceful way to live. You don't have to "love" yourself or fully "accept" yourself right now, but we can work towards neutrality and find a little self-compassion.
