Online support: One-to-One Counselling Sessions for Body Image
I offer counselling sessions for anyone struggling with any kind of body image problems.
I work with people who have lots of different concerns about their bodies, it may be about their weight, their complexion, particular areas of the body, general dissatisfaction, low self-esteem and self-worth, and more. I've also had body image problems in the past myself, so I've been there - I get it.
I can help you:
Body acceptance means changing your mind, not your body, to find a more peaceful way to live. You don't have to "love" yourself or fully "accept" yourself right now, but we can work towards neutrality and find a little self-compassion. Read more about about body image on my blog here.
I work collaboratively to help suit your needs. Sessions are weekly, via Zoom, for one hour and cost £60 per session. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call - please contact me to enquire or book!
