Online Therapy in the UK for Eating Disorders
and Disordered Eating
I offer specialist online eating disorder therapy across the UK; weight-inclusive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed support for eating distress and body image concerns.
Eating problems are much broader than the eating disorder diagnostic criteria. People struggle with eating in many different ways from restriction, to binging, purging, fears of food, sensory difficulties, and more. Eating problems are not always connected to body image or weight issues, and anyone of any body size can struggle with any kind of eating problem.
I work with adults in the UK online who are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns and weight-related distress. I frequently work with autistic and ADHD clients, LGBT+ clients, and people who have experienced stigma, discrimination or trauma.
Eating distress I commonly work with:

My Approach to Eating Disorder & Disordered Eating Therapy
You don’t need a diagnosis to have therapy, and you don’t need to feel “sick enough” to seek support. Any struggle is valid. I work with many people who have struggled to get into NHS services or have found typical eating disorder approaches difficult to engage with or too limited. I am particularly welcoming to those in larger bodies, who may have faced weight stigma in the medical system and are looking for a weight-inclusive, anti-diet therapy space.
