I offer counselling online from Tuesday to Friday, with flexible availability to suit your schedule. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and last one hour, providing a safe, supportive, and confidential space for us to work together. I specialise in working with body image and/or eating problems, but I can also help with low self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety, depression, daily life worries, work issues and more.
